Maternal Mental Health
Maternal mental health support honors the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and across many paths to parenthood. Therapy can be a space to explore anxiety, mood changes, birth or medical experiences, grief and loss (including infertility, pregnancy loss, or infant loss), relationship transitions, and the complexities of caregiving—whether or not parenting looks as you once imagined. With compassion and a body-centered lens, our work together can support regulation, resilience, and reconnection, helping you feel more grounded, supported, and resourced.
